CLASSIFICATION INFORMATION: "Nicole" OTHER ANNOYING LITTLE FACTS: Some True, Some Made Up

Name: Nicole
Designation: KORicole
ARS Color: Pink blend (where do they get that????) It is really white with cherry edges.
Class: Modern Cluster Flowered Floribunda
Synonym: Often confused with 'Raspberry Ice', Tabris, and 'Hannah Gordon'.
Hybridizer/Date: Kordes, Germany 1985
Parentage: seedling x Bordure Rose
Fragrance: Mild

Comments: A striking rose. Tall, vigorous plant, very thorny. I grow this one myself, and it is beautiful and unusual. That said, this rose looks very similar to and is often confused with two other Kordes roses of the same era: 'Tabris', (KORtabris aka 'Raspberry Ice') and Hannah Gordon (KORweiso aka 'Raspberry Ice' as well). Of the Three I prefer 'Tabris'.
