Comments: A great rose and MAJOR award winner. One of the best of its era. This rose was named as a promotion for an electric power utility so it is said. I think that it also has something to do with ocassional small flecks in the otherwise solid color that look like little electrons. An excellent garden rose since its introduction over 30 years ago. |
