Comments: Believe it or not this is the highest ARS rated rose in the world, period. Not just miniatures. Now I admit that it has great form, blooms a lot and is extremely vigorous for a mini (grows 6 feet tall), but it is susceptible to powdery mildew. Still all in all it is a good mini worth growing, but the best rose in the world? Not by a long shot. Look Here! More Pictures
